ALTER之前就有发行过以JS裸体为卖点的“结城美柑”和“结城美柑死库水Ver.”等出包王女系列手办。本次发行的“古手川唯”手办，原型制作和“结城美柑”一样都是出自てるゆき之手，彩色担当则是星名咏美，是一个迷你裙脱下可以欣赏胖次的手办。
对于此款手办，网站akibaphotograph评价道：“为全国1亿3千万的出包女王粉提供幸运之门的神系列”“翘起的臀部自不必说，上半身胸前的分量也不是一般的啊…”网站akibahobby也评价道：“强硬有力的瞳孔魅力无比，象是在生气但又不好意思的表情反而觉得很是可爱。”
